These terms govern the relationship between BlueberryS Digital s.r.o. (the "Operator" or "we") and the partner (the "Partner") within the AISLE Affiliate Partner Program (the "Program"). By participating, the Partner agrees to these terms in full.
1. Nature of the program
The Partner becomes an affiliate referrer — promoting AISLE Kit through their own channels (social media, websites, email) using a unique link and/or promo code. Sales are processed by the Operator in its own name and on its own account (via Stripe). The Partner is NOT a seller or reseller.

Example: Buyer uses code MARIA30 → pays €699.30 (€999 - 30%). Maria earns 50% = €349.65. Commission is always calculated on the final, post-discount amount.
3. Attribution and tracking
Commission is credited to the Partner for any sale meeting at least one of the following:
Last-click attribution via ref link — buyer clicked the Partner's link (?ref=<code>) within the last 60 days before purchase.
Promo code — buyer entered the Partner's promo code at Stripe checkout (anytime, no time limit).
If a buyer triggers both (clicked a link AND entered a code), the last click wins. If the code belongs to a different Partner, the code's owner gets the credit.
4. Payouts
Minimum payout request: €100
Methods: PayPal or SEPA transfer (EUR)
Frequency: on request, processed within 5 business days
Tax: the Partner is responsible for taxing their income in their country of tax residence. The Operator does not withhold tax and provides an invoice report for each payout.
Refunds: AISLE Kit is a digital product with immediate access — refunds are not granted. Buyers waive their 14-day cooling-off right at checkout (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)). For defects (corrupt download) we send a fresh ZIP — that's delivery, not a refund. In the rare case a buyer wins a chargeback dispute (card-level decision we can't unilaterally refuse), the corresponding commission is reversed; if already paid out, it's deducted from the next payout.
5. Promotion rules and prohibited practices
The Partner must transparently disclose any content containing an affiliate link or code. Acceptable forms:
Hashtag #ad, #affiliate, or #sponsored
Text "(affiliate link)" or "I earn a commission from sales via this link"
Instagram "Paid partnership" feature, when available
Prohibited practices (lead to account termination + commission forfeiture):
Hidden / deceptive advertising (violates EU UCPD + national consumer-protection laws)
alebo „BlueberryS" (Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Brand-bidding je zakázaný."

Spam — unsolicited emailing, unauthorized DM campaigns, forum spam

6. Term and termination
The Program runs indefinitely. The Partner may close their account at any time (in writing to partners@blueberrysdigital.com). The Operator may terminate without notice for violation of section 5. Already-earned commission (above €100) is paid out.
7. Cookies and data
When a buyer clicks the Partner's ref link, we set a 60-day aisle_ref cookie in their browser. The cookie contains only the Partner's anonymous code (e.g. "maria"), no personal data. The buyer consents via the cookie banner on first visit. Data processing follows our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Operator makes no guarantee of specific sales volume or income. Commission depends on the Partner's activity, the quality of their audience, and market conditions.
The Operator is not liable for tax or accounting errors on the Partner's side. When in doubt, consult a tax advisor.
9. Changes to these terms
The Operator may amend these terms. Changes take effect 14 days after publication on this page and email notification to active Partners. If a Partner disagrees, they may close their account — already-earned commission is paid out under the original terms.
TL;DR: Share the link or code, disclose transparently ("#ad" / "affiliate"). Earn 50% of net. No brand-bidding or spam. Minimum payout €100. We can terminate accounts for violations.
