Darwin Light — €199

Includes: the full memory (facts, notes, your document library, search by meaning, reading of scans, the memory graph and the map of meanings), web search & reading including pages behind a login with a vault for your credentials, document creation, voice, and local & cloud brains. Not included: mail, files, calendar and tasks, helpers and automations, media generation.

What the license permits: a personal license for one individual, on computers you own or control. Personal and internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share or redistribute Darwin or your license key.

Darwin Standard — €249

Includes: everything in Light, plus e-mail, files, calendar and tasks, access from your phone, three helpers (each with its own task and memory) and three automations that run on their own.

What the license permits: a single-seat license for one user, on computers you own or control. Commercial use is allowed — use Darwin for your own work and for your clients; whatever you create with it is yours. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share or redistribute Darwin itself, the installer, or your license key. (Building things with Darwin and selling those is fine — selling Darwin is not.)

Darwin Pro — €449

Includes: everything in Standard, plus two license keys (your main computer and a second device — linked with a shared memory in your own storage, or kept separate, as you prefer), helpers and automations without a fixed cap, image and video generation, and Darwin's ability to write himself a new tool when one is missing and put it to use immediately.

What the license permits: the same single-seat terms as Standard. Both keys are issued in one name, for one person's own devices — they may not be split between two people; for that there is the team package. "Without a cap" means fair, ordinary use by one person — we set no number, but the licence does not cover running Darwin as a shared service or an automated operation for third parties.

Darwin for a team — from €690

Includes: several Darwins connected together — work handed from one to another, and an overview of what is moving. Intended for teams, collaborators and freelancers working together, not only employees.

What the license permits: a deployment license for the number of people and the scope agreed with you, on computers or infrastructure you own or control. The exact price, seats, integrations and support are set in a separate written agreement; €690 is the starting point, not a fixed price. You may not resell or redistribute Darwin itself outside the agreed group.

Terms common to all packages

Buy once, updates included. No subscription to BlueberryS.
Bring your own keys. AI usage is billed to you by your providers. With a cloud brain, your conversation goes to that provider under your own account — BlueberryS never receives it.
AI, not ordinary software. Darwin is an AI assistant — its output is probabilistic and can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected, and it's not professional (legal, financial, medical, engineering) advice. The AI "brains" are third-party models we don't build or control. Review and verify before you rely on it.
You stay in control. Darwin acts on your computer and connected accounts on your instructions — including actions it takes automatically when you're away. You grant the access, you supervise, and you are responsible for what it does, especially with files, e-mail, money and system changes.
Privacy. Darwin runs locally; we do not collect or sell your files, keys or conversations.
As is. Provided without warranty; liability limited to the amount paid, to the extent the law allows.
Immediate delivery & right of withdrawal. Darwin is digital content: your personal license key is generated and e-mailed immediately after payment. By completing the purchase you expressly request and consent to this immediate delivery, and you acknowledge that — in line with EU consumer law on digital content (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and § 7 ods. 6 písm. l) zákona č. 102/2014 Z. z.) — you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered.
