Delivery Terms — BlueberryS Lab
These terms apply to every Lab Snapshot purchase made through blueberrysdigital.com/lab/. By completing checkout you accept them. They are short, plain-language, and meant to set clear expectations on both sides.
1. What you buy
Lab sells one thing: a Lab Snapshot license — the AI-generated single-page website you previewed during your brief.

If you need more than a single static page, we offer two adjacent products with their own terms (these are not Lab purchases):
- AISLE — €109/mo hosted SaaS with 3D product showcase, AI photo→3D conversions, downloadable HTML + models. 14-day free trial.
- AISLE Kit — €999 one-time, self-hosted, full source code, lifetime updates, 50% affiliate program.
2. License scope
- Lab Snapshot: 1 project + 1 commercial use. You may use the file for one website you operate, including a paid commercial site you own.
- You may modify the file freely after delivery.
- You may NOT resell, redistribute, or sublicense the file as a template to third parties. For agency / reseller use, contact us for white-label terms.
- The file is delivered without DRM, license server, or phone-home. Once received, no one can revoke it.
3. Want changes after delivery?
Lab Snapshot is a one-shot product: pay once, own the file. We no longer offer paid revision packs. If you need ongoing edits, two paths:
- Snapshot a fresh brief — change the inputs, generate again, buy the new page (€29). The original stays valid.
- Upgrade to AISLE (€109/mo) — comes with an AI chat editor for ongoing text/color/section changes, hosted dashboard, plus 3D product showcase. Cancel anytime.
4. AI generation
Your Lab Snapshot was generated by an AI agent (Anthropic Claude) from the structured brief you filled in. You saw the exact result in the free preview before paying — what you saw is what you get after payment, minus the watermark.
We don't manually review or edit AI output. If you want a different result, refine your brief and generate a new Snapshot.
5. EU consumer rights — digital products
Per §7 ods. 6 písm. l) of the Slovak Consumer Protection Act on distance selling, the right to withdraw from a contract for digital content delivered immediately ceases upon delivery, provided you have given explicit consent at checkout. By completing checkout you give that consent and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has started.
Where statutory consumer rights are stricter than these terms, they prevail.
6. Payment, refunds, chargebacks
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
- Because Lab Snapshot is delivered instantly upon payment, no refunds are issued — you previewed the exact page before paying.
- If a technical failure prevents delivery (file not received, hosting not provisioned), contact us within 3 days and we'll either resend the file or refund. Delivery is instant — any issue is visible within minutes, so the support window can stay short.
- For each order we retain: your structured brief, the AI prompt sent, the AI response, the delivered file, and Stripe consent timestamp + IP. This audit trail is used to resolve disputes.
7. Privacy
Your brief content is sent to the Anthropic Claude API and is governed by Anthropic's data policy (30-day abuse-prevention retention by default, no training on API traffic). We retain a copy of your brief, the AI output, and the delivered file for our records and the audit trail. Full privacy policy: ochrana-sukromia.pdf.

Tieto podmienky platia pre každý nákup Lab Snapshot cez blueberrysdigital.com/lab/. Dokončením platby ich akceptuješ. Sú krátke, v jednoduchom jazyku, a slúžia na jasné očakávania na oboch stranách.
1. Čo kupuješ
Lab predáva jednu vec: licenciu na Lab Snapshot — AI-generovanú jedno-stránkovú webovku, ktorú si videl v preview počas briefu.

Ak potrebuješ viac ako jednu statickú stránku, ponúkame dva priľahlé produkty s vlastnými podmienkami (toto nie sú Lab nákupy):

2. Rozsah licencie
- Lab Snapshot: 1 projekt + 1 commercial use. Súbor môžeš použiť pre jeden web ktorý prevádzkuješ, vrátane platenej komerčnej stránky.
- Súbor môžeš po dodaní voľne upravovať.
- Súbor NESMIEŠ predávať ďalej, redistribuovať ani sublicensovať tretím stranám ako šablónu. Pre agency / reseller použitie nás kontaktuj kvôli white-label podmienkam.
- Súbor je dodaný bez DRM, license servera, alebo phone-home. Po prijatí ho nikto nemôže odobrať.
3. Chceš zmeny po dodaní?
Lab Snapshot je one-shot produkt: zaplať raz, vlastni súbor. Platené revision packy už neponúkame. Ak potrebuješ priebežné úpravy, máš dve možnosti:
- Nový brief, nový Snapshot — zmeň vstupy, vygeneruj znova, kúp novú stránku (29 €). Pôvodná ostáva platná.
- Upgrade na AISLE (109 €/mes) — s AI chat editorom pre priebežné úpravy textu/farieb/sekcií, hosted dashboard a 3D produktový showcase navyše. Cancel kedykoľvek.
4. AI generovanie
Tvoj Lab Snapshot bol vygenerovaný AI agentom (Anthropic Claude) z štruktúrovaného briefu, ktorý si vyplnil. Presný výsledok si videl v preview zdarma pred platbou — to, čo si videl, je to, čo dostávaš po platbe, len bez watermark-u.
Manuálne výstup AI nekontrolujeme ani neupravujeme. Ak chceš iný výsledok, uprav brief a vygeneruj nový Snapshot.
5. EU spotrebiteľské práva — digitálne produkty
Podľa §7 ods. 6 písm. l) zákona č. 102/2014 Z. z. o ochrane spotrebiteľa pri predaji na diaľku, právo na odstúpenie od zmluvy o digitálnom obsahu dodávanom okamžite zaniká dodaním, ak si na to dal výslovný súhlas pri checkoute. Dokončením platby tento súhlas dávaš a uznávaš, že právo na odstúpenie zaniká po začatí dodávky.
Tam kde sú zákonné spotrebiteľské práva prísnejšie ako tieto podmienky, prevládajú.
6. Platba, refundy, chargebacky
- Platba ide cez Stripe. Údaje o tvojej karte nevidíme ani neukladáme.
- Keďže Lab Snapshot je dodaný okamžite po platbe, refundy nie sú dostupné — pred platbou si videl presnú stránku, ktorú dostaneš.
- Ak technická chyba zabráni dodaniu (súbor neprijatý, hosting nezriadený), kontaktuj nás do 3 dní a buď pošleme súbor znova alebo vrátime peniaze. Dodanie je okamžité — akýkoľvek problém vidíš v priebehu minút, takže support window môže zostať krátky.
- Pri každej objednávke uchovávame: tvoj štruktúrovaný brief, prompt poslaný do AI, odpoveď AI, dodaný súbor a Stripe consent timestamp + IP. Tento audit trail slúži na riešenie disputov.
7. Súkromie
Obsah tvojho briefu sa odosiela do Anthropic Claude API a riadi sa Anthropic data policy (30-denná retencia pre abuse prevention, žiadny training na API traffic). My uchovávame kópiu briefu, AI výstupu a dodaného súboru pre naše záznamy a audit trail. Kompletná privacy policy: ochrana-sukromia.pdf.
