Common questions

How fast will I earn my first euro?

Depends on how you share your profile. With an existing FB or IG audience, the first subscription often arrives within 24 hours. Without an existing community, realistic estimate is 2–4 weeks to your first 5–10 paying customers.

What does OnlineHelp take?

8 % of every payment. Plus Stripe fees (~1.5 % + €0.25). Total ~10 % off gross. No monthly fees, no setup. We earn only when you earn.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. One click — "Hide public profile" — and no one can see you or subscribe. Active subscribers finish the period they paid for. Switch back any time and everything resumes.

What if I can't handle the volume?

Pause toggle stops new tickets. Or set a max of, say, 5 active tickets and the app auto-blocks the 6th. You stay in control of capacity.

Subscription vs. ticket — what's the difference?

Subscription = monthly access to your published content (guides, articles).
Ticket = one-time, specific question with 1-on-1 dialogue. Most providers run both.

Is the money safe?

Yes. Payments go through Stripe (same processor as Spotify, Substack, Shopify). Funds land directly in your bank account, not ours — we never hold your money.
